1. While we’ll work tirelessly to dispatch your order before Christmas, there are no guarantees and we can't rule out unexpected delays, so order as early as possible to avoid disappointment!
2. Deliveries to remote areas and islands are excluded from our pre-Christmas promise.
3. In Time For Christmas delivery does not extend to fabrics and materials that go out of stock. Rest assured though, in the unlikely event that this happens, one of our friendly customer service elves will be in touch as soon as possible to help you find a suitable alternative, so you don't miss out.
4. If all goes smoothly, then we will deliver your blinds before Christmas, but we cannot be liable for events beyond our control that prevent us from delivering on time.
